SUVIDHA (Society with Unique Vision for Integrated Development of Hi-tech Agriculture) is hereby expressly declared to be an NGO, registered under Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Regn. No.713 of 2008) for the benefit of agriculturists at large without any profit motive.

  
Sri C. Vidya Sagar, a Post-Graduate in M.Sc.(Agriculture) in Plant Physiology, having come up from the lowest rung technical cadre of field level post of Seed Certification Officer to the highest cadre of the post of Director, APSSCA, has gained vast knowledge and practical experience in SEED subject during his total tenure of 30 years of dedicated service rendered in Andhra Pradesh State Seed Certification Agency, Hyderabad in different capacities viz.
